REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

Special Needs Coffee Co. LLC (“SNCC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) aims to provide quality products while supporting our vocational training mission.

Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

2. Donations

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, donations made through our website are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable.

If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 3 days at:

3. Coffee Products (Perishable Items)

Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee:

• We do not accept returns of opened products
• We do not issue refunds based on taste preference

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number
• Description of issue
• Photo documentation

If approved, we may issue:

• A replacement
• Store credit
• A refund at our discretion

4. Merchandise (Non-Perishable Items)

For non-food items:

• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Shipping Issues

SNCC is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses provided by customers
• Carrier delays
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

We will assist in filing claims when appropriate.

6. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
