SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been placed and a separate notification once the order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via third-party carriers selected at checkout.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order weight
• Destination
• Selected shipping method

Promotional free shipping offers, if applicable, will be clearly stated.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

SNCC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, SNCC is not responsible for carrier delays.

If your package appears lost in transit:

• Contact us at info@specialneedscoffeeco.com

• Include your order number

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage
• Include your order number

We will review and determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate.

7. Domestic Shipping

At this time, SNCC ships within the United States only.

International shipping may be offered in the future.

8. Changes to This Policy

SNCC reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected with a revised effective date.
